Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery for WEB CREDIT or EXCHANGE. Items must be in “New, Unaltered and Unused Condition with the Original Packaging”.
Original sales invoice must accompany returns.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds/Exchanges/Web Credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Shipping & Handling Charges that have incurred are Non-Refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

SECOND Please include the following information in your email:
• Your order number.
• Name of item/s to be returned.
• Reason for exchange/web credit.
THIRD Your exchange or web credit will be processed within 7 business days.
